Shandong Shankuang Idler Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded in 2004, situated in Rencheng development zone of Jining City, is the subsidiary of Shankuang Company which controls the whole asset. The company specialized in manufacturing idler products matched with Belt Conveyor, covers an area of 25,000mm, with construction area 3000 mmand total asset ¥12million. It has two production lines, among them 50 sets main equipments are automatic controlled by digital and hydraulic system, which meet the national first class technology. The company produces more than 40 kinds of idler with 200 specifications, annual capacity of 500,000 pieces, and annual average output over ¥50million. On its independent capability of developing, design, trial-producing, testing, bulk manufacturing all kinds of idlers, the company has developed and manufactured new and specialized idlers matched with type suspension belt conveyor, type telescopic belt conveyor, type large dip angle and back stop belt conveyor and pipe belt conveyor on the basis of former type DT75 and type DX products. It also cooperates with design institutes to develop all kinds of center-adjustment idlers. Type DTII new idler passed the appraisal of provincial new product in January 2005. The company has set up the idler inspection center, which equipped with national standard level inspection equipment to make all the performance index of idlers meet the quality standard. Idlers examined by quality inspection center of national crane and conveying machinery show that all their indexes have met excellent grade product with the advantages of small operation resistance, reliable water-proof and dust-proof characteristics and long life. The company has passed the quality system attestation of ISO9001:2000 and the attestation of coal safety (“MA”), which makes sure its safe using in coal mine.
